Easy Recipe: Gourmet Wagyu Tartare

Ingredients:

  • 80g A4 Wagyu Tartare (thawed)
  • 1 egg yolk (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chives
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Garnish: ikura (salmon roe), nori seaweed, or microgreens
  • Optional: Add a dollop of caviar for the ultimate indulgence

Steps:

  1. Gently mix the thawed Wagyu tartare with soy sauce, sesame oil, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Plate the tartare in a neat mound and create a small well at the top.
  3. Add the egg yolk for a rich, velvety finish (optional).
  4. Garnish with ikura, nori, or microgreens for a refined touch. For added luxury, top with caviar.
  5. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
