Excellent food and service! initial i was skeptical given some of the poor reviews. however after chatting with store owner, i decided to give it a try. really nice uni, ikura and kegani crab. it was also delivered on time!

I ordered a dozen medium oysters for a special dinner treat. However on the actual day, the oysters were not available. Staff explained that the oysters are flown in fresh & delivered fresh & live on the same day. Stress?? A while later a call came from the staff, she resolved my issue with me having to pay just a small top. On top of it all, her boss threw in a discount, gifted me with their best seller and gave me a discount code for my next order. Delivery guy delivered my oysters fresh & shucked just prior to my dinner guest and me consuming. Everything came in a chiller bag! These guys went all out of their way to make my dinner evening possible! Thank you Ooster Bay. Well done.

I always advance order my stuff if there is a party and they never fail to deliver on time even on new year eve. When there is a delay, the staff will call in advance to inform me the reason. Luckily I don’t need it in a hurry. They even re-schedule the delivery after the seafood arrived.

Ordered the hotate, sake, swordfish and salmon roe. It was more than awesome!! Everyone loved it. The kids love the roe! Highly recommended!

I made a last minute online order for Father’s Day and Oosterbay followed up with me quickly via phone call to apologise that they ran out of some items due to the large influx of orders. Wong was very sincere in trying to make my order work by offering various solutions and did his best to cater to our schedule. In terms of quality, my family was awed by the freshness and quality of their products (Canadian oysters still ‘breathing’ when we open it up 2 hours after receiving). Despite some of the not-so-good reviews, the team at Oosterbay has worked hard and learnt from their lessons for sure! I’m glad I made my first order and will continue to buy from Oosterbay! Prompt delivery, fresh foods, good service and the Sashimi and Uni are great! Recently also tried their Uni Caviar Sashimi Yusheng, soo delicious!!

Ordered here multiple times and was never disappointed once with their quality and timely deliveries. Fresh items like uni and sashimi were superb and their minced unagi was very worth it. Prices are good!

Would like to thank Jen for calling me within 15 mins of ordering, informing me that Bafun Uni is out of season, thus the taste would be not as good. She immediately came up with offers to compensate, like a different breed of uni that is in season. This is the type of customer service I look for! Care for customers satisfactions, not just about earning profits.

Amazing and prompt service recovery when the Hotate uni caviar kind of collapsed and scattered all over the initial box. The replacement was done in less than an hour and definitely raised high standards as always plus the amazing presentation just like in restaurant.

2nd delivery order for the month with their amazing ready to eat oysters that are fresh and delivered with precision. Price is affordable too. Have recommended quite a few friends already.

Looking forward to taste the Maguro Sashimi for husband birthday countdown later. Just looking at the thick slices. Am already sure it’s as juicy and yummy as earlier Swordfish belly sashimi😁

Best Uni and sashimi ever, so fresh I can eat it every day. Last min order and they can cater to delivery next day, so awesome very nice shopping experience and my family love the food a lot! Heard they have a restaurant too will try it out soon! 🙂
