Yes, we do provide free delivery at your selected date and time slot for orders $100 and above, after promotions and discounts. For orders below $100, there is a flat fee of $15 charged.

On public holidays, or if same-day delivery is selected, a $20 surcharge applies to cover additional operating costs. We’ll always indicate this clearly at checkout.

Yes— You can schedule your delivery in 2-hour blocks for weekdays:
10am–12pm, 12pm–2pm, 2pm–4pm, 4pm–6pm, or 6pm–8pm.

Deliveries will be made according to your preferred time slot as deliveries are also made to other customers delivery route will vary depending on the day’s orders.

At the moment, we are unable to offer specific time slots for weekends and all orders will be scheduled for delivery between 12pm to 5pm.

Same-day delivery is available, with a surcharge of $20.

Planning ahead? You can place your order up to 1 month in advance. Just note that for seasonal items like uni, prices change weekly — so they may only be available closer to your selected date.

If you’re not home during delivery, we’ll leave your items safely at your doorstep.
