Orders, Delivery & Customer Support
Free shipping is available with a minimum order of $150 after discounts for next day delivery. Otherwise, we charge a flat delivery fee of $12 islandwide, with a $5 surcharge should you decide to select a specific time frame.
This small delivery fee allows us to keep our product prices as low and accessible as possible, without compromising on quality.
On public holidays a $20 surcharge applies to help cover additional operating costs. Any applicable surcharges will be clearly shown at checkout.
Yes — You can schedule your delivery in 2-hour blocks on weekdays at a $5 surcharge:
12pm–2pm, 2pm–4pm, 4pm–6pm, or 6pm–8pm.
We’ll do our best to deliver within your selected window, but as deliveries are routed based on the day’s orders, slight variations may occur.
On weekends, we’re currently unable to offer time slot selection — all deliveries will be made between 11:30am to 8pm.
Same-day delivery is available on weekdays, at a surcharge of $5. Just place your order early — we’ll need at least 1.5 hour of lead time (e.g., order by 10:30am for a 12pm–2pm slot).
Planning ahead? You can place your order up to 1 month in advance. For seasonal items like uni, prices fluctuate weekly — so these may only be available closer to your selected date.
If you’re not home during delivery, we’ll leave your items safely at your doorstep.

Canteen®
We’re open from 11am to 8pm daily.
As a casual dine-in concept, we don’t take reservations — just walk in. Seating is limited (13 counter seats and two 4-seater tables), so there may be a short wait during peak periods. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we may gently enforce a 60-minute dining window during busier hours.
Absolutely — we do takeaways! Just swing by to order, or place your order online and come by for pickup anytime between 11am and 8pm. Delivery is also available at a flat fee of $12, or free with a minimum spend of $150 across our site.
Some menu prices may differ slightly due to dine-in service and preparation.
We currently only accept PayNow at our premises.
Not at the moment — we’re currently in the process of obtaining our liquor licence.
We have one outdoor table where you’re welcome to dine with your pet. Just note that seating is limited — we have 13 counter seats and two tables indoors, so it’s best to come early.
Marketplace
Our oysters are frozen, sashimi-grade, and unshucked — but they’re extremely easy to prepare. No oyster knife needed. Once thawed, they open easily with a butter knife or even a spoon.
Prefer them ready to eat? You can also enjoy shucked oysters served with lemons from our Canteen®. offerings
To prep:
- Thaw in the fridge for 2–3 hours, then rinse under running water to remove any debris.
- For a quicker option, run them under cold water for 8–10 minutes to defrost.
- Once thawed, shuck and serve chilled — we recommend on a bed of ice.
Shelf life: Minimum 6 months in the freezer.
