Orders, Delivery & Customer Support
We charge a flat delivery fee of $12 regardless of order size. A minimum spend of $30 is required to place an order.
This small delivery fee allows us to keep our product prices as low and accessible as possible — without compromising on quality.
On public holidays a $20 surcharge applies to help cover additional operating costs. Any applicable surcharges will be clearly shown at checkout.
Yes — You can schedule your delivery in 2-hour blocks on weekdays:
10am–12pm, 12pm–2pm, 2pm–4pm, 4pm–6pm, or 6pm–8pm.
We’ll do our best to deliver within your selected window, but as deliveries are routed based on the day’s orders, slight variations may occur.
On weekends, we’re currently unable to offer time slot selection — all deliveries will be made between 12pm to 5pm.
Same-day delivery is available on weekdays, at no additional charge. Just place your order early — we’ll need at least 1 hour of lead time (e.g., order by 9am for a 10am–12pm slot).
Planning ahead? You can place your order up to 1 month in advance. For seasonal items like uni, prices fluctuate weekly — so these may only be available closer to your selected date.
If you’re not home during delivery, we’ll leave your items safely at your doorstep.

Marketplace & Canteen®
We offer oysters in two ways — depending on whether you’re ordering from our Marketplace or Canteen menu.
Marketplace Oysters (Frozen, Unshucked):
- Thaw in fridge: 2–3 hours
- Quick thaw option: Run under cold water for 8–10 minutes
- Once thawed, rinse gently under running water to remove any debris
- Use a spoon or butter knife to shuck — the shells come right off
- Serve chilled on a bed of ice and enjoy as sashimi
Canteen Oysters (Fresh, Ready to Eat):
These items are fully cooked and ready to eat once thawed — no further prep needed.
To enjoy them chilled:
Simply thaw in the fridge for a few hours or under cold running water until fully defrosted. Perfect for cold platters or dipping straight into sauces.
If you prefer them warm:
We recommend steaming instead of boiling — this helps retain their natural sweetness and delicate texture.
For items from our Canteen menu (ready-to-eat), we recommend consuming them within 2 hours of delivery for the best quality and safety.
For frozen or chilled items from our Marketplace, please refer to the storage instructions on the packaging. As a general guide:
- Frozen seafood: Store in the freezer and consume before the indicated expiry date
- Once thawed: Keep refrigerated and consume within 1–2 days
