• 500g Tube of Premium Mentaiko Roe

🥢 Cheesy Baked Mentaiko Oysters
1️⃣ Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking tray.
2️⃣ Mix the mentaiko roe with mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio.
3️⃣ Spoon the mentaiko-mayo mixture generously onto each oyster.
4️⃣ Optionally, top with a sprinkle of cheese for a cheesy, golden finish.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, or until the oysters are cooked and the topping is bubbling and golden.
6️⃣ Serve with a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of ponzu sauce for that extra zing!

Note: Mentaiko is made up of very fine particles, so the roe may feel soft and easy to squeeze, even at -18°C. This is similar to the texture of miso and does not mean the roe has thawed. It simply reflects the natural consistency of mentaiko when frozen.
