We bring in fresh Uni from Japan’s Toyosu auctions up to 4 times a week. Working with one of the biggest Japanese exporters from Toyosu for the Singapore market, we are able to supply good uni even when it’s off-season (Sept and October) or when uni is in short supply due to typhoons and other weather conditions.

Uni items labeled as “preorder” are available by preorder only. For items falling under that category, please place orders at least 5 days in advance to secure your trays.
