Every week, we fly in fresh Hokkaido uni — the same rich, creamy quality our customers love.
But in one of our recent shipments, a cargo mishandling incident caused a few trays to tilt during transit. The uni inside is still the same great quality and taste… just not sitting as neatly as it should.

Incidents like this are rare, but they do happen in the uni industry. Instead of wasting great product, we’re offering it at a special price for those who appreciate quality over presentation.
