Simple Uni Pasta Recipe:

1. Cook 200g of your favorite pasta until al dente.
2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté 1 minced garlic clove until fragrant.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of Uni Paste and 1/4 cup of pasta water, stirring until smooth.
4. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve with grated parmesan and fresh herbs.
