This is one of our favourite creations — tender mekajiki (swordfish) lightly seared to bring out its smoky sweetness, served over seasoned sushi rice. We drizzle fragrant truffle oil on top, adding a rich, earthy flavor that perfectly complements the smoky swordfish. Finished with fresh seasonal garnish, every bite is rich, delicate, and deeply satisfying.
