How to Prepare:

• Prep the oysters – Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking tray.
• Add the mentaiko mayo – Spoon the in-house mentaiko mayo generously onto each oyster.
• Optional cheesy finish – Sprinkle with cheese for a golden, bubbly top.
• Bake – 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes, until cooked and bubbling.
