Our beloved mentaiko somen gets an upgrade — topped with sweet, tender aka ebi (red shrimp) for an extra layer of indulgence. The chilled somen noodles are coated in our house-made creamy mentaiko (spicy cod roe) sauce, rich in umami and gently spicy. We finish it with a drizzle of extra mentaiko, aburi-torched for that smoky aroma, and a sprinkle of tobiko for little pops of flavor.
