Our Unagi Kabayaki features tender, boneless freshwater eel, grilled over high heat until the skin is lightly crisp and the inside soft and buttery. It’s basted with our house-blend kabayaki sauce — a slow-simmered mix of soy, mirin, and aromatics — giving it a glossy, flavour-packed finish that’s both sweet and savoury.
