We’ve paired our signature house-made mentaiko mayo with premium black cod, known for its buttery, flaky texture. Lightly aburi-grilled to bring out a smoky, savoury finish, the result is unbelievably rich, creamy, and full of umami. A delicious twist on a classic that might just outshine the original.
