Cut from the top part of the Maguro aka Bluefin Tuna, the Akami sashimi is lean and low in fat. Its meat is tender and beefy in texture which makes it so succulent in the mouth. Above being delicious, it contains omega-3 fatty acids which are shown to improve eye sight and combat type-2 diabetes amongst other health benefits.
