Our Fresh Norwegian Salmon Head is cut from fresh and immediately blast-frozen for freshness and convenience. Caught in the cold waters of Norway, these salmon take longer to grow and taste less cloying (jelak) due to their lower fat content. They are certainly healthier and have a more savoury taste compared to their counterparts.

Each portion of our Norwegian Fjord Salmon-Trout Head comes cleaned, halved and delivered frozen.
