A luxury fish hailing from the pristine waters of Hokkaido, Japan. The Kinki fish, besides its funky name, is also one of the best grilled fish you could ever hope to taste. Its tasty, clean oilish umami taste makes it excellent for the grill with just salt and nothing else. If you like grilled fish, eat a grilled Kinki.
